* Volunteers must work a minimum of four (4) shifts to qualify for the round of golf at Pete Dye Course at French Lick Resort. Specific rules & regulations accompany the comp round of golf.

Responsibilities: Marshals ensure players’ safe and easy access from hole to hole and to signal the gallery for quiet as players address the ball to make their shot. Marshals are assigned to all 18 holes, as necessary to ensure a proper environment.

Fairway ball spotting, measuring drives and signaling to avoid balls from being lost. Spotters are assigned to all 18 holes to insure proper coverage, with four to six marshals per hole.

Responsibilities: Volunteer walks with a group of professionals and electronically records the shots of each player by entering it into the SHOT link system during play.

Responsibilities: Volunteers in this committee will serve as greeters & ambassadors for the tournament as spectators enter the tournament ground. Handle onsite ticket sales during the tournament and distribution of programs to spectators.

Responsibilities: Assist with all facets of the volunteer experience! Check volunteers in for shifts, serve breakfast and lunch each day, serve drinks and snacks throughout the day and maintain cleanliness of Volunteer Village dining area. All work is inside the Friedman Events Center.
Shifts: Monday — Sunday

Responsibilities: Serve as ambassador to our corporate sponsors and welcome tournament hospitality guests with a smile, monitor admittance to tournament hospitality areas, maintain cleanliness and order daily in the tournament hospitality areas.
Volunteer Requirements:
Shifts: Wednesday – Sunday
Responsibilities: Volunteers assist with the set-up and preparation for each day of play, maintain player refreshment stations on course (ice, beverages and snacks), keep course clean, set-up, maintain refuse containers, service hospitality areas and viewing stands with ice and refuse disposal when required.

Responsibilities: Construction Volunteers assist with the set-up & tear down of the overall golf tournament. Duties include, but not limited to assemble, set-up, maintain & take down all event signage, assist with the placement of fencing, roping and other logistics. General construction.
Volunteer Requirements:
Shifts: Varied, but begin up to two weeks prior to the tournament and end the week after.
Responsibilities: Scoring Assistants support scoring activities on course and through Scoring Central.

A great way for young people (12 and over) to volunteer their time!
Responsibilities: Volunteers walk 18 holes inside the ropes and carry a scoring sign.

Responsibilities: A great way to experience many different areas associated with the tournament. This selection is for those who want to help but, just are just not sure what they want to do for the event. Daily assignments will be made based upon the tournament needs. Volunteers need the ability to interact in multiple areas.
Shifts: Monday—Sunday
Responsibilities:
Volunteer will shuttle volunteers, caddies, players, or VIP Guests from assigned lots to hospitality suites, Pete Dye Mansion, and players from the range to tee box.

Responsibilities: Individuals will be strategically placed at the entrance area to answer questions and give directions to our guests. Outgoing personality or being a “people person” is highly recommended.
Responsibilities: Sunday – Tuesday of Tournament Week. Register amateurs and pros, organize and distribute gifts to the amateurs who are playing, assist in all areas concerning pro-am operations.
